 In the latest versions of the HP app on my iPhone the print function is missing text to choose my options to print a photo. How do I report this bug to HP? There was a new version of the app released this week which didn’t fix it.

Thank you for reaching out to HP Support and for sharing the screenshot. We can see the missing text in the print options, and we understand how that would make it difficult to select the right settings when printing a photo.
 

We appreciate you taking the time to report this. We will forward this to the relevant team for review, as it does appear to be an issue with the latest version of the HP app on iOS. Feedback like yours is very important in helping us improve the experience.
 

In the meantime, we recommend trying a quick refresh of the app:

  1. Uninstall the HP app from your iPhone 
  2. Restart your device 
  3. Reinstall the app from: HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site 
  4. Open the app and try printing again
