I called HP support with my request and they tried to sell me an upgraded warranty. I have a 1 year warranty that I got at purchase. They won't advise me on how to fix my computer without a warranty upgrade. I am disgusted with Customer Support I can't find an agent who speaks intelligibly. They are all foreign. I need HELP! My problem is that I can't download applications like Spotify and Chrome and Open Office. Error message says unable to connect to the internet, please make sure the computer is connected to the internet and that no firewall is blocking the connection and try again. Can anyone on this forum help me?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).

 

Response times may vary by region.

Please send a Private Message, if you aren’t contacted within 4-5 business days.
