HP 255 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (50J79AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I can not install programs that are 3rd party like read and write exe. It is not because iam in s mode or have my apps to set to Microsoft store only, its on anywhere.

I have been on screen share with a Microsoft agent for 2hrs and done a system restore to just after I got it 28.06.24 and still I get this message

'The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.'

What do I do?

Which browser are you using to download and install the apps? If it is EDGE, that is entirely the problem.
