Cancel order after a month of waiting now waiting a further month for a refund?
How do I arrange a refund?
I called multiple times asking where my order was and after a month of waiting I was told the order was unable to be completed. Thus I needed to cancel at this stage I was hung up on and when calling back multiple time over the following month I am yet to be provided with a refund. Just keep waiting is what I am told everyday.
Has this happened to anybody else and is there an additional level of support for what I would see as an easy resolution.... it was easy enough for HP to take my money. This is very frustrating.
