Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot find the drivers for an HP 17-x020nd, also via serial number and product number. I also tried this site: https://support.hp.com/nl-nl/drivers/selfservice/HP-17-Notebook-PC-series/11203107/model/12569134

Here is a copy and paste of the reply I received from our HP liaison who reports these problems...

Hey PaulTK,

It looks like the entire platform is missing (all 408 models).  I've submitted a ticket to the IT team to investigate.  Thanks and cheers!

I don't know how long it is going to take for HP to restore the support pages, so if you are in immediate need of drivers, I can provide the graphics, ethernet, sd card and wifi drivers from other sources, so at least you have a functioning notebook.

I'll contact someone from HP and ask them to look into it, because it seems that any of the support pages I tried show the drivers for the various models I randomly selected.

 

When I tried your model and even the 17-x000 general model series, I get the same error as you do.
