Cyberlink PowerDVD download link for reinstall (full installer)

HP Recommended
Zbook 15 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed Win10 (1909) on new SSD (laptop shipped with Win7 HDD).  Went to HP support page to download drivers and software.  For Win10, support has link for:

 - Cyberlink PowerDVD 12.0.4.5814 Rev A    (sp73343.exe).

When I try to install the PowerDVD software, I get error message:

 - You do not have the required version of the program installed on your system.  The installation will abort.  Please contact your application provider.

When I looked at the support page System requirements section for this software, it states that a previous version (10 or 12) must already be installed.  Looks like sp73343.exe is an update installer and not a full installer.

From another posting it suggested to install HP Softpaq Download Manager.  I did, but it only lists sp73343.exe.

Looking for download link for full installer for Cyberlink PowerDVD for zbbok 15 G2.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply and access to the PowerDVD softpaq.  Appears that a lot of people have encountered this exact same problem.  HP support told me that the PowerDVD software was a one-time only deal and the full installer is no longer available.  From my searching, I had seen that the free open source VLC Media Player was mentioned quite often and comes highly recommended.  I decided to go with that and it works for me.
