Necesito descargar los controladores para mi notebook HP ENVY 15-J012LA. HP Suport no los tiene disponibles. Mil gracias,

W10 should have installed the rest of the drivers, but if there are still drivers that are missing, please post the description of the devices that need drivers as well as the hardware ID's for them.

Muchas gracias, Paul_Tikkanen. Esos dos controladores me sirvieron bien. Solo me falta encontrar el controlador de la huella digital. ¿Sabes algo al respecto? Windows Update no lo instala.

Instalé el driver de la hella digital, pero no funcionó. Después instalé HP SimplePass, se instalón por completo, reinicié el equipo, pero no tengo la opción Huella Digital de Windows Hello. ¿Qúe más puedo hacer? Gracias de nuevo.

You can register your fingerprint using the HP SimplePass software instead of using Windows Hello.

Perdón. He intentado varias veces encontrar el driver para el bluetooth en Widows Update, pero sin resultado. ¿Puedes ayudarme en eso también? Gracias otra vez
