Hello! My laptop constantly has this issue where the wifi icon disappears and I am not able to connect to any network. To fix this, I typically delete the faulty network drivers and redownload them on the HP website. This time, when I try to access the website, I am told they "cannot find the page you are looking for". I am wondering if this page has been archived or deleted. I desperately need to redownload these drivers. I have done a hard restart multiple times in hopes that the drivers reinstall but they do not. I have also reset my network settings.

Hi:
I believe that there is an ongoing issue with the support pages that has not yet been completely resolved.
It looks like the model series comes with Realtek and Mediatek Wi-Fi 6 adapters.
I don't know which model Wi-Fi card your notebook has.
If you happen to know, then so much the better.
Here are the links to the latest drivers for both models.
