If you want to complain to HP about them quitting support for products over 10 years old, you can do so at the link below.

No one on this forum can do anything about HP's business practices.

The only thing I can say is if they are still keeping the drivers on the ftp site, they may as well keep the support pages linked to them, but that would make too much sense.

I am just afraid that they will remove the drivers too, and then we are completely out of luck!

hi,

thanks 4 the link-will copy to usb and run on my HP.

What HP is doing makes commercial sense-as long as there is oil/projects in Irag, the Allies will stay out there. Once dried up, they will call it a day and leave them to hang out and dry! [like hp -old customers].

Like Microsoft doing to XP[better than 7 and 8; even 10]-no support.

Hi,

out of the 4 listed I can download 3. Your Video Controller- no chance. After D/L and try to save to usb- memo: Failed- Network error. Checked networking but found no problem. Try to save again no luck.

Maye will check out 3rd party site with same specs.

They all worked fine for me.

I had to explore the driver files to make sure they contained the hardware ID's you posted.

Give me a few minutes...I will download them, zip them up and upload them to my skydrive folder.

Then I will share the link to my folder for you to download them from.

They will be zip files with the same file names as you see now.

I had a better idea.

I created a ze2000 XP driver folder, put the 4 exe files in that folder, zipped the folder up, and you can now download that zipped folder from this link...

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

I use Firefox as the default browser on my XP machines.  It has a light footprint, and works great.

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?utm_content=A144_A634_A006547&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=...

And you don't get any messages to upgrade your OS with Firefox.

Did you update to IE8?

Not that it will help much, but I think it will allow you to run Windows Update.

hi,

did upgrade to IP8

I got memo from AVAST:  IP.192.168.182.91  - This device is not configured correctly. Vulnerable to Double Pulsar attack.

I checked my Device Manager. No yellow ? in place. So how do I do a tracing to correct the fault which is prompting this warning. This is not the 1st time. Any bright ideas?.
