Probook 640 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 3 year old HP Probook 640 G1 that was updated to Windows 10 V1709.    When it boots up I get a message that says the HP Accelerometer doesn't work with this version of Windows.  I've tried many of the suggestions that I've found online and still can not get this to work.   I've downloaded the appropriate 3D DriveGuard from the HP website.   However the message keeps coming back.   The following website seems to indicate that this software is supported on this computer.

All and any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Let me add something to what Paul posted above.. After installing the 3D Driver Guard. Make sure to install the latest BIOS version..

Regards.
