HP - HIDClass - 2/1/2018 12:00:00 AM - 2.1.3.1 not installing upon system restart.  Since problem with Intel chips, unknown as to whether this is related or correctable until Intel chip problem is resolved.  Based on my research, I have a Intel Broadwell-U GT2 PCH-LP (Premium) Chipset.

Any thoughts appreciated.  Thanks

Hi:

Windows Update is trying to install an updated wireless button driver.

If it isn't installing, then I recommend you use the hide windows update utility at the link below to prevent the update from installing.

Your Windows 10 PC gets the latest updates automatically. In rare cases, a driver or update might cause issues with your PC. To keep the update from reinstalling automatically, download this troubleshooter. It will let you hide the problematic updates.

Try the driver directly from HP...

Thanks for the info for the future.  After approximately a week, it finally installed.
