Is it an HP Laptop - 14s-fq0013dx machine ? Its specs

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06656953

It has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port. You can't not use USB-C port to charge your machine nor use it for a monitor. The USB-C dock is NOT fully compatible with you machine.

The dock specs says:  host PC must support the DisplayPort Alt mode protocol through its USB-C port which your machine does not have.

Regards.

Hello Banhien,

Thank you for the information.

Can you advise, is it possible for my machine or the USB C port to be upgraded to be compatible with the dock?

Thanks

kinney
