I have tried everything, but still, Hotkeys are not working. can anyone guide how to fix this?

If you need to install the HP Software Framework program, you can install it from the link below.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe
