I just bought this Chromebook 3 hours ago and it does not boot up. I get the light, the boot up song, and a black screen. Tried to do factory reset several times, no change. Went on Virtual assistant, it was no help, gave me a number to call. Called the number, waited 20 minutes on hold only to be told it is an issue for a different department and I have to call back tomorrow.
Asked how I could lodge a formal complaint and she said "go to the forum"
So... how do I get me chromebook working? How do I lodge a complaint to HP about the crap service and crap devices they are putting out?
