Hi,

I can not connect any of my Bluetooth device with my PC.  When I start adding any Bluetooth device, no device is showing in the list. I have installed Intel wireless Bluetooth driver, but still not working.

 

Please help on this issue.

Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

If you need a Bluetooth driver, this would be the correct one to use for the Realtek wifi/Bluetooth adapter...
