HP Recommended

This service is failing to install every day and it keeps showing that fact on Reliability Monitor 5-6 times every day. I can't find any mention of this on a search of my storage. I don't believe I have installed any programs in the last month. Can anyone shed some light on this and help me stop whatever this is from failing or even trying to install at all? Is it possible this is associated with an older desktop theme I've been using?
