I am unable to download documents, receive a download failed error message every time. Issue has been going on for over 6 months now. Any suggestions on how to correct the issue. Seems there is a conflict somehwere.

Thank you. Unfortunately, this did not work, still get the same failed messages. I'm going to take the laptop to a computer specialist directly and see if they can't resolve the problem. Appreciate your assistance,

You're welcome. The Intel wireless module might be defective. HP Diagnostics (UEFI or Windows) should be performed beforehand.
Do you have valid HP warranty ?
Check HP warranty status:
You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here: Check your warranty or service status
To find serial number follow: Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories
Do not post any serial number here in the community !
If status (date) is wrong: |
