I had to check select a product i dont own, even though i am typing on it right now, the problem is that on website, when i try to add my product, i enter the serial number shown behind the bettery, and even copy-paste it by Windows PowerShell using the command "wmic bios get serialnumber" But it always says that the code is not valid.

Welcome to the HP English Community --
Perhaps you are mixing Power Shell commands with wmic commands.
Windows key + X + A (opens Cmd prompt as Admin)
Next, type:
wmic bios get serialnumber
The serial number is not generally something you can use on the web unless you are typing the information into an application or program that can recognize such numbers.
Reminder: Do NOT publish serial numbers in public forums or websites -- thieves love to gather up this kind of information.
HP Support, for example, recognizes serial numbers for products in Warranty.
PartSurfer can accept a valid serial number to track more precise information about a product.

You are welcome.
Ah - well, True - You can identify the serial number all day long and unless HP policy changes, that perfectly good serial number won't be recognized when you attempt to submit a case to HP for in-Warranty repair service.
The serial number should still work, for example, for internal uses and when you want to use it with PartSurfer to obtain system specific information about your device..
