I got an update on windows 11 and when i restarted my bios got updated and windows 10 was installed and i can't log in

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Since you mentioned about windows 11 update and after the Bios update, it installed windows 10. 

What does it mean? Could you elaborate more on the issue?

 

Have you made any changes to your OS from windows 10- 11?

Yes a long time back i did updated the os from 10 to 11

I see that you are facing issues with logging to your computer.


If it's a Microsoft live account, then follow this link https://account.live.com/password/reset  and you could reset it.
 

If it is a local account, then follow this link https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289  and perform a complete system recovery which would take it back to factory settings.
