Please Help, The Hot Key for adjusting the screen brightness isn't working. I've tried updating the display drivers, the reply says that the drivers are up to date.

I keep getting this ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSeup.exe each time I hit the fn + the brightness keys
