I broke my original HP laptop charger and had to buy a new one ASAP. I own an HP pavilion gaming laptop and just bought a charger from microcenter stating that it was compatible with my computer. The charger is 190w and the charging port fits into my computer. It seems to charge the computer when the device is off, however, when the computer is on, the message "Incompatible power source detected" appears. I've also noticed that while this charger is plugged in and I'm playing games, the FPS goes down intensely. Is there any way to fix all of this??
