Hi
I was trying to pin the situation down "I got a new Hp laptop with Cd-drive."
For extracting any downloaded items (iso files) I use AnyBurn.
Is there a Public Library or Relative or similar where you could use their device as a one-off?
Try a simple copy, and also research a bit-for-bit copy, like a clone, as some games can refer to the installed disc for verification.
look up XCOPY and see if it suits.
If in doubt please ask.

Hi
So you have a DVD installed in the PC and want to know how to install software from it?
I cannot match the details, HP support is abysmal ATM.
An SKU would pin it down.
However I am unable to see a DVD drive for a similar model.
Where is the software coming from?

Hi,
Your options are to get an external USB DVD drive:
Example:
or to copy the disk to a USB drive on different computer and then use USB drive.
Hope it helps,
David
