Hi. I have been mostly ignoring the issue that HP hardware diagnostics would not run in Windows 10 on my laptop for over a year. I have updated Windows 10.
Windows also has recently updated a graphics card, and has indicated that the graphics card drivers (the recent driver, and the previous update) may have issues.
Yet, I am unable to run HP Hardware diagnostics since an earlier windows 10 update.
Windows always produces an error that says "unexpected error" which it tells me is recorded.
Please let me know if there is a new update. I would like to find out if this program can run in windows 10 or if it is only possible now to run it in windows 11 or use UEFI diagnostics.

the only updated diagnostics i know about get UEFI diagnostic here.

Thanks, I have that too. I am just wondering if there has been any updated version of HP Diagnostics for WIndows 10.
I mean, if it stopped working on Windows 10 while WIndows 10 has still been functional, it would make sense to still release an update that functions within Windows 10.

The support assistant also has diagnostics

The latest US versoin is 9.28.34.0 but other countries the number is different.

Yes, it can be repaired, reset or uninstalled
bring up the 'add or remove" app using windows search
