Product: HP Laptop 15-da0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP laptop of product name: Hp laptop 15-da0xx, product id: 00327-35000-00000-AAOEM.

I have an issue regarding the laptop,  my laptop is getting slow in performance. If i click an application it takes nearly 15 to 30 secs to open and also if i right-click any document it keep on loading for so while and its not working.  Help me to fix it ..

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model number of your notebook. 15-da0xx is a whole series of models.

Here is how to find it

Model number

 

You could also try performing HP hardware diagnostics at boot. There could be a problem with the Hard Drive

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.
