Product: HP ENVY - 13-aq0003na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having issues installing an update via HP Support Assistant, tried numerous times with this update but keeps failing but it's not just this update I've had the notebook for around 5/6 weeks now and from the start I've had problems with installing updates firstime through HP Support Assistant.

Please try do NOT update in one go, select do in few batches

There's only one update and it's been there for a couple weeks, I've tried several times to install it and it keeps failing.

 

EDIT : I uninstalled HP Support Assistant and then reinstalled it and I now have two more updates (3 in total), they have all failed so far. At first I did them all together and then tried them individually but to no avail.
