Keyboard, specific keys issues

HP Recommended
HP Laptop 14-cf1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My keyboard's keys aren't giving out the right outputs. Three keys(so far) I know are affected, a(giving out ctrl a outputs), ctrl(giving out ctrl tab outputs), and tab(also giving out ctrl tab outputs.). (I'm using a pasted a to type this.)
I don't know whether this is hardware or software-related, and I've already tried updating the device, updating drivers, and restarting the device, to no avail. This has happened once before but then it was fixed by restarting the device.

Shutting the device down for a while and then starting it back up fixed the issue.

Using the keyboard test, it turns out that esc and windows keys are linked or something, a and ctrl as well, and ctrl and tab.
