Product Number: D4J16AV
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Windows 8.1
Issue discussed with tech support yesterday (when i could get through) was keyboard and touchpad working intermittently and getting worse. Received instructions on how to re-load drivers and this did not help. Was told I would be given instructions on how to send in for support if problem continued.
