Your SUBJECT line and the "body" of your posting are quite different.
- Hold-down the Windows key (bottom-left of your keyboard)
- Tap the "R" key
- Release both keys
- Into the window that opens, type TPM and press ENTER
- Tell us what output you see

@Lunix233 -- it is quite possible that the "July 2015" version of Windows 10 lacked the device-driver software for TPM that now is included in the "2021" version of Windows 10. There have been many enhancements to Windows 10 since its first availability in 2015.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
