HP account creation is incomplete, I did'nt received any email communication feedback from HP with the ID.no email in the spam folder as well.

when trying to create again it says already registered. Kindly help

I understand you’re unable to complete your HP account setup because you didn’t receive the verification email, and the system now says the account is already registered. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check all folders and search your inbox
– Look in Spam, Promotions, Updates, and Junk folders.
– Search your inbox for keywords like “HP,” “Hewlett,” or “verification.”

Resend the verification email
– Go to account.hp.com and click Sign in.
– Enter your email → when it says “account not verified,” choose Resend email.
– Wait 5–10 minutes and check all folders again.

Try signing in directly
– On the login page, use Forgot password with the same email.
– If the reset email arrives, the account is active, and you can set a new password.

Check for typos in your email
– If you accidentally created the account with a misspelled email, the verification email would never arrive.
– Try creating a new account using a different email to test.

Clear browser data or use another browser
– Cache issues can block the verification screen.
– Try Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or private/incognito mode.

Wait 30–60 minutes and retry
– Sometimes HP’s verification email queue is delayed.
– Trying again later often triggers the missing email.

In my profile the email is verified. But couldnt login to create a case with HP. every time when I clisck on the create case - it went to the page https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/signup/"
says the registration is not complete. I dnt know what is missing, my email and phone number is also veirfied.
Please suggest
