Omen gaming pc

I want to buy the gaming pc. I ordered thrice and all my card was declined.  I talked to the bank they have allowed the transaction from there side. But hp is showing me the order is cancelled. I keep on calling the customer care they didnt reply the reason. I have been doing this from 19th october. They have not resolved this issue. I keep on asking for the refund when my order is cancelled. HP said talk to your bank, when i ask my bank they say they allowed the transaction. Nobody is replying. I am in deep state of depression. 6000$ has been deducted from my three banks. All of them showing status is pending. It is showing thus status since 19 october. Today it's october 27. It was my big mistake to trust this website.
