Product: Model: 1K0G2AA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This device was recently stolen, and unfortunately, we no longer have the original shipping box that contained the serial number. Additionally, we are unsure whether the product was ever registered, so we cannot verify its registration status.

I am reaching out to see if there is any way for HP to look up the serial number based on the purchase details. The device was bought from Best Buy on 10/20/2021, but the serial number is not listed on the receipt. If there is any alternative method to retrieve this information, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance.

Please let me know if there are any steps I can take or any additional details you may need to help with this process. Thank you for your time and support.
