Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop was recently stolen, and we no longer have the shipping box that had the serial number on it. Additionally, the product may not have been registered- cannot be sure of this. I'm looking to see if there is a way HP can look up the serial number as the product was purchased directly from HP, and included the Care Pack. Any assistance would be appreciated.
