Omen 15-DC1036NS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi friends,

I have TWO HP Omen 15 2019 laptops both of which encounter the following error when i sign in.

Mazenkh_0-1585502234087.png

I am unable to make game profiles due to this, it doesn't detect any games (since the last update of the omen command center)

This error box appears as soon as I sign in with my hp account.

This software is generally very buggy and unstable.

Anybody knows a solution for this?

I'm on latest available Windows 10 64 bit update 1909.

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, using a different account but no luck, also as I mentioned it happened on two different laptops so it must be a bug in the command center.

@Mazenkh

Please use Windows Store to

(a) Search for Omen Command Center

(b) Install it to your machine  (click Get or Launch)

Regards.
