in my laptop (HP omen 15) omen button don't open Omen Command Center. Someone can help me?

To resolve this issue, refer to the following link to download and install the HP System Event Utility from the Microsoft Store -
www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9p4w8rfn9m2t

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Omen key on the keyboard is not opening the command center.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Are you able to open the Omen command center from directly?
Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install HP system utility from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81404.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall Omen command center and then download and install it from Microsoft store.
