Here is http://www.ilikemall.com/guide/reset-windows-7-password.html which may help. You will need another computer to make an ISO image to a CD/DVD rom which you can then boot your computer to make the fix.

I brought a Kindle Fire and it ask for my HP Password, Where can I find it?

Hello hill 1023,

 

I see that you are having problems with a kindle fire asking for a HP password.

 

This shouldn't be the case in my personal experience with my kindle fire it doesn't have anything to do with HP devices. The only passwords it should be asking for is maybe a router/network password.

THANKS Maddy_sam20 it worked and you don't loose data if you select the backup option. I just had to press ESC and F11 after shutdown and turn it on and followed some menu instructions but it worked for an HP Envy. I am a regular person using a computer.

Tengo una notebook HP EliteBook 2530p de mi compañia. Quise restaurar el sistema a través de HP Recovery, pero al parecer alguna vez pusieron una contraseña para realizar esto y no la se, por lo que no puedo realizar el recovery.

Me podrían ayudar por favor?

I forgot the password I tried hitting f5 and safe mode no success and I do not have a password recovery file.
