Pls I have d same problem u sloved for some1,I forgot my laptop password,I also followed your instruction by loging out completely and den once press the power button,I press F11 until it startd loading bt after dat instead of showing me recovery ,it shows choose your keyboard language,I choosed us and it brought out four options and I got confuse.pls help out

What are the 4 options it gives you?

I have a hp touchsmart pc laptop I am also having password recovery issues I pressed f11 and esc and It gave me an option of picking my country then picking my admin password it didn't work what can I do to reset it this so frustrating

My son has a Hp notebook mini ..model xb955u that he got from homeschooling 4 years ago.He had graduated from school but the computer still has a lock on it .not allowing him to access the web without the password.Is there a way tounlock it
