2019 HP Spectre X360 Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get my laptop repaired by HP without the serial number. The serial number is faded on the sticker, I don't have the box, there is no serial number below the battery pack, and since it doesn't want to turn on I can't access the serial number online. The USB-C charging port got damaged when I spilled water on it and needs to be repaired. Sadly, Whenever I call HP they tell me "we need the serial number so we know the model and can give you am estimate". However I don't have it and can't access it at all. Nobody else can fix my laptop because HP uses parts that are high level and can normally only be taken apart properly by them. Any advice? This laptop cost me 1k+ and I would hate for it to just be trashed because a serial number can't be found.
