Product: Hp envy 5032 printer
Operating System: Other

I have been unable to fix my printer with help and support from online Hp support, they advised I log on and get printer replaced as its under warranty. I had been advised to go into my HP account and replace it. I have been unable to.complete this process as I cannot find where to do this on my HP account? Could anyone please help with a step by step guide how to do this?
