HP Notebook - 15-ay068ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a recent Windows Update, I am unable to scroll with my touchpad or perform any other function using two-three fingers.

I have tried uninstalling the synaptic device & driver and installing all new Windows updates and doing a hard reset.

(I have not installed any drivers from HP or Synaptics' websites; after uninstalling the drivers I restarted and HP Support Assistant did not detect the need to install new drivers so I guess the drivers needed were automatically installed)

For the life of me, I cannot figure how to make it work.

Can anyone please help me with this.

Thanks.

The problem is solved now. What I did was instead of updating to the latest drivers, I installed the driver that came before the current version. The scrolling and gestures are working perfectly. Thanks all!!
