My opinion is, do not buy any laptops from HP. They charge extensively, quality is not good. Its been just 2 years, today also struggling each time I turn on my laptop. My thinking is will it turn on or got o logo loop again. I paid 54000 rupees NOt even one penny is worth it. .If I call and ask for help from HP technical Support .so they WILL not help us. They always cut me, They say that my warranty is expired ,I need to take my laptop to the nearest service center.which is 50 km from my home.I am from a middle-class family, and I don't have a vehicle to travel. I am a student, I got to the college by bus. In this COVID-19 times, there is no public transport available. There is fear that the virus will come to us. At this time they are telling me to take my laptop to the service center. Let alone I have spent 54k now I have to even spend on it. Sorry HP not possible. I am a poor guy who just had some hopes on HP. Clearly I have gone my mistake. Please tell me what to do. Please mail me at [Private information removed]
