@Pullah98 Perhaps, you could create a new user account and check if that works, as it looks like there's either a software or a setting that's blocking it at the moment, click here for details on managing/creating a new user account,
If that doesn't work either, you may need to backup all your personal information into an external storage device and perform a system reset using the steps mentioned here.

@Pullah98 It looks like the HP site is being updated, that explains why the links aren't working as off now, however, they should be up and running shortly, I suggest you give it a few hours before you check the links again.
