Duplicate record error when trying to open support ticket
I have raised as an issue several times - it seems support created the issue several months back and it is impossible to get resolved.
Due to COVID-19 I am not able to leave Asia anytime soon. I can't call 800 # and the only other options I have been given besides support chat are LINE access to Thai HP support, which has resulted in being bounced between 3 countries support centers but no actual support provided 😞
Before I left for Asia HP Support told me it would be no issue to get support in Asia, but that is not the reality I am experiencing.
At least twice a day my laptop crshes with cryptic Windows errors (critical process stopped; memory management error; invalid memory address; etc).
Any suggestions?
