Originally, I purchased the HP laptop with Windows 10 S and everything was working as expected. I created an HP online account as recommended and noticed the free Windows 11 upgrade (provided the laptop met hardware/software criteria for Windows 11 which it did). After downloading, installing, and activating Windows 11 I noticed some of the HP website tools were still not recognizing the Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade on my laptop. 

 

IF THERE IS A SOLUTION, HOW DO I GET MY COMPLETE SYSTEM ALONG WITH THE HP SITE TO RECOGNIZE MY SYSTEM WITH THE WINDOWS 11 UPGRADE?

Could you elaborate on this statement : "some of the website tools were still not recognizing the Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade on my laptop. "
