Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I ordered my laptop from HP roughly a month ago (knowing it would supposedly take them this long to build the laptop before shipping), and I just realized my shipping address is wrong. I really need to fix this but I don't know who to contact - I've been waiting to talk to *anyone* for an hour. There doesn't seem to be a way to fix it in the order status page. I really need this to be fixed before they try shipping it to a place that doesn't exist...

I want to clarify that the street address is not wrong at all, it's just the city/zip. For example, the order is supposed to go to 100 Main St in Cityville, but instead it is going to 100 Main St in Villageville. I don't know how I put in the wrong city but I really need to change it.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
