I have been trying to get a warranty box sent to me to send this laptop in for a charging port repair and have made at least 5 (or more) attempts to get them to send me the required box for mailing to Texas. Been trying ALL YEAR!!! So far, I am unable to get the box after speaking with countless support agents and management staff at HP. In dire frustration, as I purchased the most costly warranty available, I even emailed the CEO of HP with zero response and STILL dealing with the issue. To top it off, I will now be using this laptop as my only source of income, remotely, so when it is no longer capable of being charged, I am S - - t out of luck. I purchased from HP with the assumption they were world leaders in the computing industry, but the warranty is null and void if you cannot use it and mine extends into 2023!!!...quite worthless when HP cannot seem to honor a paid in full warranty. Sad and true story. Not sure if I could even trust they would return my laptop if they were to get there hands on it. May have to contact an atty as a last resort for breach of contract. Been reading some of these posts and mine is quite noisy as well. Will I ever be able to have the issue addressed? NOT. If it were the last computer on earth, I will never purchase another HP.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I want to thank you for taking the time to speak to us today.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
