Hi, I have just purchased the brand newHP 15s eq0007au, I was just checking for the warranty coverage, to my surprise the warranty has already begun from 24 February 2020 although I purchased it on 30 May 2020. How is this possible that the product has already been registered. Request HP to help me out.

In many cases, retailers register machines when they arrive at their store. I have no idea why they do that. Please call HP Directly in your country and ask them to fix it for you

I already tried calling them, after being kept on hold for 15 minutes twice the call gets disconnected. I have mailed them and disputed the warranty by sharing the invoice with them. Let's hope they get back on this and resolve this issue fast.
