I have 2 programs in C:\Windows (HPCust1.exe and HPCust2.exe), what are the for???? Both programs are HP and they have an install date of Nov 20, 2015.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Since those files were there from 2015 there is nothing to worry.

 

Basically those files might be used to communicate with hp servers basically it tracks update
