Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! Please help me with the drivers for notebook  G9 511W0AV. It is new and after the Windows10 x64 installation it has no drivers installed. It's been two days since I keep trying to acces the HP support platform for drivers and it's not working.

Hi:

 

Your notebook is only supported by HP for Windows 11, which is why you can't find any W10 drivers for it.

 

W11 is the only OS available from the drop-down menu.

If you can connect to the internet, I suggest you take the free upgrade to W11 so you can install the drivers you need.

 

Click in the blue Windows Installation Assistant button at the link below (1st option).

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
