Windows Explorer restarts sometimes

When em doing some work in any softwares, in the background windows explorer restarts. Or even when we are simply in the home screen, a black screen comes all of a sudden and the explorer starts again. Installions are not affected, but while on copying files or movies this restart makes it to stop and we have to start to copy again. I tried to update the windows and stll the problem exists.

Please provide me suggestions to overcome this problem. Its been only two weeks since i purchased this product.

Thank You for your suggestion. But screen doesnt freezes,just restarts explorer. And i am having latest windows as well as graphics driver updates.

I did BIOS update and changed some settings as you said. Its now getting things okay.. Thanks alot sir.. 🙂
