Product: All in One: 23-q127c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I use my computer for school and what not, so do my kids. Its sorta a family computer and when the option to unlock with out faces would be great ease. Upon initial look I didn't want to set it up, but recently wanted to add this, but the option is grey out. I already stopped the service, copied and deleted the WinBioDatabase but nothing. Some help would be appreciated

You need a 3D/IR webcam/camera to be able to use Hello Facial Recognition function. The specs of your machine is

which DOES NOT have a suitable webcam/camera therefore you can not use Hello Facial Recognition function.
